Schedules
- Galilée bilingual school in Paris opens at 8:30 AM and closes at 6:00 PM.
- Classes are held on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM: possibility to enroll in extracurricular workshops or supervised study.
Morning welcome
- 8:30 AM – 9:00 AM: gradual welcome
- Free activities in a calm musical atmosphere: drawing, free play (various toys), reading, construction games...
Lunchtime
Day students leave at 11:30 AM or 12:00 PM and return at 1:30 PM.
11:30 AM – 12:00 PM – 12:30 PM: lunch break supervised by the teaching staff.
Two options are offered:
- Packed lunch (lunch box) prepared by parents, which can be served warm. The meal is served at the table in the cafeteria with all children, and utensils are provided by the school.
- A hot meal is provided, delivered by a caterer that includes organic ingredients in all menus.
Possibility of adapted menus for children with allergies or specific dietary constraints.
Galilée School is associated with the WWF ecological association's campaign "Yes to organic in my cafeteria."
Recess
12:30 PM – 1:30 PM: recess at Parc Sainte Périne supervised by the teaching staff.
After-school study
4:30 PM – 5:50 PM: possibility to enroll in supervised study.
- 4:30 PM – 4:45 PM: snack (brought by the children).
- 4:45 PM – 5:00 PM: break.
- 5:00 PM – 5:50 PM: homework supervised by the teaching staff and then free time.
Evening workshops
4:50 PM – 5:50 PM: possibility to enroll in extracurricular workshops offering artistic, sports, linguistic, or scientific activities led by qualified teachers.
Wednesday morning
An open door is provided for fun activities, discovery workshops, sports, and English in preschool.
The École Galilée Club – Nursery Level
Bilingual Workshops on Wednesday mornings with a certified teacher: music, theater, and choir in English.
